You’ve booked your flight and confirmed your Airport Meet and Greet Service—now you’re probably wondering what your airport greeter can and cannot do. Here’s a helpful guide to answer the most common questions.
Can my greeter assist with language barriers?
Yes! Our Thai greeters are local professionals, often multilingual, and will be available throughout check-in, security, immigration, and customs to help with any language difficulties if needed.
Will my greeter meet me when I get to the airport?
Absolutely. Our Meet and Assist Service ensures a seamless airport experience from the moment you arrive. If you’re arriving or departing by car, we prefer to arrange the service in advance, allowing your greeter to coordinate with your driver and escort you smoothly into or out of the airport.
Can my greeter help me bypass security?
No—standard security protocols apply to all travelers. However, at most international airports in Thailand, your greeter can guide you through Fast Track priority lanes to minimize wait times. They can also assist with border controls if necessary, but security checks must be completed as usual.
Can my greeter help me on-board (inside) the plane?
Our service begins at the airbridge or the terminal entrance (if a transit bus is used). While our greeters have airport security clearance, they are not authorized to board the aircraft or access restricted tarmac areas.
What assistance will my greeter provide at immigration and customs?
Your greeter has access to Fast Track routes, which may include priority lanes designated for airline crew, diplomats, or locals. Since each Thai airport has specific regulations, we leverage every available option to expedite your immigration and customs process efficiently.
Will my greeter carry my luggage?
While our greeters streamline your airport experience, they are not permitted to be porters. If you require help with heavy or bulky luggage, your greeter can arrange for a porter or a buggy for your convenience.
Can my greeter grant access to a VIP airport lounge?
If you’re flying Business or First Class or have access through a frequent flier program, your greeter will escort you to your VIP lounge and ensure you’re comfortably settled. However, lounge access is not included in our service unless specifically requested and paid for as an add-on.
Will my greeter accompany me to my Thailand hotel?
No—our Meet and Assist Service is strictly within the airport. Your greeter will escort you to your car or transportation, but their services conclude at the curbside as they are not permitted to leave the airport.
